Not sure if this has been previously shared. I run an earlier version of this 3e on alternate Saturdays. Scratches my 1E itch and the 3E itch of my players. www.scruffygrognard.com

BTW at the above link for LABYRINTH LORD - Goblinoid Games has free downloads of both Labyrinth Lord and the Advanced Edition Companion (with no art) on their website, that link no longer works and the downloads AFAIK are not available; however, the Internet Archive has you back and you can access them at the link below. I've been tempted to get the 3 core books printed up to do some reading and run a game, but I have never done so. I'm very intrigued by what I see at this site.

Back at you! I got the original three files printed up ala Lulu. Of course I wasn't paying attention when I labeled them so I simply went with the default cover and my name. When I did I mistakenly identified the "Players Handbook" with the abbreviation "PBH" which has become the "Peanut Butter Handbook" amongst my gaming group...can you feel the love? They still arrive regularly to play so I can't complain LOL

Soon as I take the time to figure out how I'll post some....they are rather plain and boring but functional

But I just got some of my labs back and apparently I am anemic and will have to take an iron supplement for awhile and then keep track of it.

I'll keep you in my prayers. Thanks, I appreciate it. My cholesterol is still high and with a ton of walking (12-18 miles week) for the last 9 months, my HDL has not budged. One of the perks of old age I guess. I am eating pretty healthy too.

I'm with you both...old age tends to make me go to bed around 9PM EST though the bladder has it's own ideas later in the evening...over share I know but I think I'm in good company lol. Like you PD I (and more importantly my doctor) believe in better living through chemistry. I'm at the point of putting my meds in a bowl and pouring milk on them...

I have to get up between 2 and 2:30 am to get going and get to work on time. I'm usually in bed before 9 PM. I'm not ashamed to say I've gone to bed at 5:30 PM at times. I have to do some lab work myself this coming week. I only take a water pill and high blood pressure medication so I hope it remains so. Hmmm....what would they call that kind of cereal?

I am trying to do as much as I can with diet, exercise and supplements and then take the meds that I have no choice but to take. Yeah, wish I could just eat them all that way.

I have my blood pressure well under control. It always measures great. Honestly, I could stand to lose a little weight. I am going to start walking every day. The neighborhood I live in is pretty chill, so traffic isn't an issue. It should be a relatively easy goal to achieve.
