Who is subject to the curse of lycanthropy? Only Humans? How about Elves? Or Dwarves? Or Hobbits? Or other Humanoids? How about Giants? How about other sentient creatures?

The first five, plus giants and titans. There is a minimum intelligence requirement for a lycanthrope and the creature must have a soul and in my campaign, all of the ones I picked do.
