The king of this nation is called a melek. Under him serve several priest-judges known as sophets, and each major city and its surrounding territory is overseen by a rab. Hasur possesses a relatively strong navy and marine merchant force of ships, including the wide-bodied and square-sailed merchant ships and the ram-prow bireme warships. Hosts of smaller fishing and local transport vessels also abound.
