Based on the crap that the best known OSR games have imported from 3E, I would have to say 3E is the biggest influence, funny since you would think it would be zero influence on the OSR.

The dominance of 0D&D-derived OSR games holds true for the first five years, the first 10 years, and the first 15 years of the OSR movement. It’s only in the first three years that B/X shows dominance—there were four B/X-derived games prior to 2009, and only two 0D&D-derived systems.

Maybe in some way, the more streamlined presentation of B/X made it more usable as a starting point, until the clone-movement got going and more people began to see that OD&D was more accessible than they thought.
