Cantrip: Allows the caster to see what he would see if he had eyes in the back of his head. Duration: ten seconds, onset when user closes eyes.
1st-level: Spell is initiated but not activated until, and only as long as, caster's physical eyes are closed. May be "toggled" for the duration of the spell. Duration: 3d6 minutes.

I think that this is my fav so far. Do you intend on this being an "instant " spell hat u can cast when it is not your turn? I would agree w that. Really like this

How about a second L version that you can keep your eyes open I would make the eyes open version at least 3rd or 4th level and increase the duration.
