The cover appears to depict a young woman wearing pearls, shaking with anxiety over the various modifiers applied to her rolls. I wonder if the model for this drawing ever played Pathfinder when she was in her 50s?
Pg. 33 of 34 has a letter to readers. It begins with this:
"I am in the process of compiling a D&D index consisting of the names and addresses of dungeon masters; and listing the type of games offered -- be it dungeon / overland or city."
What a record of that time! And even twenty years ago this wouldn't have been out of place. Now, refs are few and far between and few people would think to attempt something like this by mail...
