Where would you place the classic D&D modules on Aerth?
I've got a list, and, we can fill it out from here.
Remember, if it's a complete entry for a region, you basically know as much about it as me.
A1 Slave Pits of the Undercity = one of the realms of Vargaard, fallen to the humanoids of the Appalachian forest-mountains?
A2 Secret of the Slavers Stockade = see above.

A4 In the Dungeons of the Slave Lords = It's possible that the Appalachian forest-mountains see a bit of volcanic activity, a la Mt. St. Helens.
