When you are thinking about what monsters can do, don't forget some of the incredible things that real world critters can do.
A Ruppell's griffon was sucked into a jet engine at 37,900 feet.
Bar-headed geese fly well above and directly over Mount Everest which is 29,028 feet high.
Lammergeyers have been observed at 27,000 feet.
Whooper swans have been observed at 27,000 feet.
A yellow-billed chough has been seen at 26,500 feet
A mallard has collided with an airplane at 21,000 feet.
Bar-tailed godwits have been spotted at almost 20,000 feet.
