For those who truly care about this grizzled writer's fate, here's a bit of news:
1) The DVD project of mine is almost concluded; the website for its launch is set (invisible); the DVD case design finished; the files tested and organized (way over 1,000 of them);and details being finished here or there.
2) Nathalie and I will launch a new business in association with this: We will go on line around the launch of the DVD.
3) At that time we will announce for sale two monographs I am finishing (one is finished, the other half-way) dealing with Dave Arneson's visionary ideas; these are both precursors to my book, "A New Ethos in Game Design".
4) A new RPG line will be launched in concert with the DVD launch and specifically aimed at Classic players of the game. Projects will be derived from both DVD files and my catalog of IP (a 3.2mb textual listing); I am hoping to generate support for my amended OD&D versioning of the data, but if the current OS/OD&D communities do not gather to that I will be forced, due to investment concerns, to orient the content to AD&D and First edition folks. So I will indeed be asking for your support here in the matter as well as hoping that the word spreads to others linked to here and elsewhere.
There is much more on my horizon incorporating design theory and applied design, so stay tuned!!
Estimate of launch: 1 month without any snags...

I am looking forward to all of the above and wishing all the best to robkuntz. I for one will be happy to trumpet this from my blog and support the effort to publicize this. I am very hopeful that you will be able to stay with the OD&D versioning of things. I am also hopeful that this comes off on schedule which will be before my wife and I take a 20th anniversary trip so I can post about it before I leave.

Additional Updates May 2.
* The logo for the company passed muster 2 days ago (designed by myself with a huge boost via the ART TEXT (by BeLight Software) program for my Macintosh)
* I am nearing finishing the adventure that will accompany the DVD release. It's an OLDY but Goody. It's part of the branded IP relating to OD&D style adventures and links with the DVD resources
* Nathalie continues to update the website (she's working very hard on it in fact)
Other news... Bottle City is being licensed to Mondiversi in Italy for translation as a special release for LUCCA Comics & Games 2016; the Italian fans at LUCCA 2015 were marvelous and many!! I will not be attending this year as I am so busy with the above projects.
More to follow...

robkuntz, I'm 79 so don't look for me to be buying anything, but I am happy to tell people about it and spread the word. Once you have it up and running I will also put the link in my signature on the various sites.

Thanks for the nod of indirect support, I'll take all that this "youngster" can get!
