1) Two English sparrows, one turning to gold while the other turns back to flesh. 2) When you wake in the treehouse in the morning, you see the forest has been flooded almost beyond recognition. 3) Clay knuckles that encourage you to pull your punches. 1. You can spend the gold one, but the next day it returns to you. 2. The water is only a foot or two below you and the tree seems to wobble like it might topple. 3. Clay knuckles that squish just enough to rob the force from your punches.

Each medieval ethnic group has its own enclave with every facet of its culture, music, dancing, food, etc. 5. The nails can be elevated from the knuckles and a backhand can be very painful. 6. Known for their food and for their women.

Every now and again the river bed at a dozen places along the river will elevate causing the river to run backwards and snarling river travel for weeks at a time a couple of times a year. 12. Those passing through the mirror are no longer trapped, but transported to the town of their choosing.

But no one knows the reason and people start bowing to those who glow, thinking they are something they are not.
