Please answer any, some or all of these questions. 1. What books have your read? 2. What were some of your favorite books? 3. What books impact your D&D the most? 4. What books would you recommend to a newbie D&D player? 5. What books in your opinion should every human being read? 6. What books are you reading now? I will start, 1. The Lord of the Rings 2. The Call of the Wild 3. Everything that Robert E Howard wrote. Especially his Conan material most of which are really short stories. 4. Fairy Tales, all of them and a good place to start is with Lang's Fairy Books I reccommend these for two reasons, one is the sheer volume of material and the other is that they are long out of copyright and can be found around the Internet for free. 5. The Bible (for both its spiritual aspects and for all of the different types of literature that it contains) and See item 4. A good modern translation of the Bible well-studied and read, is a good basis for life and for literary competence. The former being of the greatest importance IMO. 6. I am currently reading The Horseclans series.
