Oldkat posted this elsewhere, but it belongs here just as much (imo).
I'll keep this updated as release time gets near.

Very nice news! There aren't enough OD&D modules* so it's great to have more being written.
__________ *Yes, I know that a lot of the early AD&D monochromes, etc, were actually written for OD&D. They just weren't marketed that way.

Update:
Del is currently swamped with (paying) work, and thus the artwork for this is on the back burner. But hang in there with us, folks. It will become a reality. Maybe after the holidays.

Update: Del is currently swamped with (paying) work, and thus the artwork for this is on the back burner. But hang in there with us, folks. It will become a reality. Maybe after the holidays. I'm going to contact Del again soon. If he's still too swamped with assignments, I'm going to go ahead with a pdf without illustrations; maybe he'll let me keep the temp-cover I'm using at the moment. In addition, I'm concentrating on a high level--8th thru 12th-- OD&D (+ GH classes and SR ranger) adventure called Tomb of the Forgotten Evil. So, at least I'm keeping busy, and out of my wife's way!

In case anyone's interested-- I uploaded Tomb of the Unknown Evil, in my Lost Lands folder today. It's about as OD&D as I think I've ever gotten. I'd love to hear comments. (And I apologize for the text; for some reason, it got a little jumbled up in the process.)

With 3 interior art pieces done, this item is fast nearing its conclusion. One final edit after the last illustration is received, then some assembly, and Del and I will decide how we're going to make this available.
btw, the art is fricking awesome!

Okay, The Horror at Hill Stead pdf has been completed. While I usually just make everything a freebie download, considering the awesome art (and time) Del contributed, we are considering a couple of options: 1. Free, PDF, and POD with a small stipend for the authors. 2. Small fee for a PDF, with POD being only at cost to the consumer--no royalty to the authors. I suppose free & free would be the ideal thing, but not very realistic on print items. Anyway, one way or another we'll post what we decide, soon. Meantime, our Administrator has been sent a preview PDF to analyze and rate, and will be posting a review soon, to provide everyone with more details on the worthiness of obtaining the adventure. Also, here's a pic of the cover:

I think what Del and I have decided, is to distribute it with drivethru/rpgnow as a Pdf. It's 13 electronic pages and 12 print; though that counts covers and a end page for just DM notes. We can run the POD through LULU (and I'll provide a link when we announce it's ready); at cost (3.60) + shipping ( I don't know what Lulu charges on that nowadays), but we won't take a royalty off that.
Our Administrator (Perilous) has been kind enough to want to do a review and that will be appearing where and when, at his discretion.
I'm really excited about this adventure. It is Old School tough-as-nails, but full of reward and, hopefully, enjoyment.
