Erol Otis sure has a style of his own. His art differs quite a lot from - well, most other artists working in the field of RPG fantasy art, I'd say. Weird and mindblowing, borderline psychedelic at times. I have to say I think it's very refreshing, original and inspirational. The official website is still under construction, but here's a few links anyway: Erol Otus on WikipediaErol Otus fan page with art galleryErol Otus art and miniaturesEdit by Admin, on the last link I updated it to the Wayback Machine.

I am not sure about these specific links, but some links may be NSFW. Just sayin'.

It took me several years to be able to appreciate the style of art presented by Otus, and in the earlier material of D&D. I have a problem with taking myself too seriously, and although I am aware of it, getting over it seems a life-long endeavor. Sometimes I am good, others its like being young again.
Anyway, these days I look at his material and cannot stop. It starts the wikipedia-rabbithole, but with art instead. I like the atmosphere of adventure in his work, and the strange worlds that his art brings to life.
