The campaign I regularly play in and referee for, Planet Eris, is influenced by Greyhawk insofar as it has thieves and some of its spells.
But at the tables we usually just refer to our house rules document and the LBBs.
Some folks will refer to the DMG or the MM.
When they do I always say, "what is that strange new product you are referring to? I've never heard of it!"

Back in the late 1970's, when AD&D first came out, our high school gaming crew were sundered into two factions -- my OD&D crew and a friend's AD&D group. We played in each other's world, but the GM got to pick the rules set so that's how we divided up.
For OD&D I focused on a homebrew campaign, the JG Wilderlands, and Blackmoor. My friend ran Greyhawk using AD&D. I think that the early stuff (folio and boxed set) are my favorites since they give general guidelines but allow for freeform campaign design otherwise.
As an aside, I should note that pretty much every homebrew D&D campaign I've run over the decades has a "Greyhawk" in it. One of those eternal things so that my players have a sense of having a home city they are familar with. I typically use the CSIO map as my baseline. Many an adventure has begun with "You start in Kevin's Bar and Grill in the Free City of Greyhawk..."

I have never really used any Greyhawk resouces directly in my games; however, it is definitely a source of inspiration. I would like to hear from people who do Greyhawk directly in their own campaign or campaign in Greyhawk itself. A couple of great websites are grodog's Greyhawk Adventures and his blog Greyhawk Grognard. Another great resource is Maldin's Greyhawk. A quick clarification: my site is grodog's Greyhawk Adventures but Greyhawk Grognard is Joe Bloch's blog, not mine. If you're looking for additional Greyhawk resources, I maintain a Greyhawk Links page at www.greyhawkonline.com/grodog/gh_links.html
