I was wondering if it might be a good idea to create a sub-board for fiction...? Or perhaps books in general? I've noticed some of you have created a discussion thread for The Discarded Image by C.S. Lewis, and I thought it could be good to gather threads like that in a place of their own. For example, a "What are you reading at the moment"-thread - I know there's one of those over at ODD74 and I personally enjoy checking that out from time to time. Also, reviews, recommendations and similar topics could fit right in there too. Just a suggestion (probably fueled by me getting into the mood of reading again, recently picking up a copy of The Dying Earth by Jack Vance for the first time...)

How about a non-fiction subforum as well? For history, literature, whatever as long as it is relevant to running a campaign or world-building.

Perhaps a section on movies and TV-series could be added too, once we get some discussions going on that. Please have an Exalt yourself for keeping this excellent board alive!  |

I figure that sub-boards work best if they happen naturally, which is to say that if folks start a lot of threads on a topic I tend to scoop them into a sub-board. Otherwise you get these sub-boards with 2-3 threads that just sit there unused. Just my two coppers.  |
