I realize this may be a little abstract, but just in case...does anyone here have experience really working on a new setting / system / mechanic largely from the ground up? Is this the sort of thing for which there is advice out there? Like if one were working on a setting that just didn't fit with much of the OD&D mechanic, and one saw it was necessary to make much more sweeping and deeper changes for a ruleset (suggestion set) to fit with this setting...
