Is there a way to make a table and link to images in it so that they display at a small size in the table?

I figured it out, you can adjust it in the markup. But I am too tired to do all the images I want now anyway. I will describe it here later once I perfect it. Or just delete this thread, I guess. Or do we not do that? The Perilous Dreamer

Or do we not do that? The Perilous Dreamer We prefer not to delete threads or posts, unless there is a really good reason. And if you figured it out, please post. I saw this thread and was looking at the support forum for Proboards and it looked like it was in making sure you had a good image link ending in an image file and making sure that you did not have errors in the BBC code and in some cases it even involved coding CSS under the hood issues.

I will do so tomorrow. Now I am losing steam. Wow, it never occurred to me to put images in a table, but it seems like an obvious thing to do. I am waiting with bated breath to see how it is done.

I figured it out, you can adjust it in the markup. hengest when you get a chance, let us in on the secret of how to do this. Sorry I am so delinquent with this. It is not difficult at all. If you just link in the image in the table, it works fine but it is probably too big to be useful in the table. So if you want something like this: Grateful Dead | OD&D | Edgar Ende Artwork 1933 |
|
|
|
Then you can just work in the preview mode and insert an image to the link and it will appear in your post-in-progress. Click over to the BBCode and look at the markup for your image. It should look like this: [table style="text-align:center;"][tbody][tr][td style="padding:3px;"][b]Grateful Dead[/b][/td][td style="padding:3px;"][b]OD&D[/b][/td][td style="padding:3px;"][b]Edgar Ende Artwork 1933[/b][/td][/tr][tr][td style="padding:3px;"][img src="https://townsquare.media/site/295/files/2015/07/Grateful-Dead-Michael-Ochs-Archives1.jpg" alt="GD" style="max-width:50%;"] [/td][td style="padding:3px;"][img src="https://media.istockphoto.com/vectors/open-notebook-in-box-vector-id502297505?s=612x612" alt="notebook" style="max-width:85%;"] [/td][td style="padding:3px;"][img src="https://surrealism.website/Artists/Edgar%20Ende/1933%20Edgar%20Ende%20-%201%20Unter%20Der%20Konsole.jpg" alt="edgar ende" style="max-width:70%;"]
[/td][/tr][/tbody][/table]
This part, below, is what you want to mess with. The width will be 100% by default, simply shrink the value until you have the size you want. This keeps the ratio of the image. style="max-width:85%;" Thargym The Black

Thargym The Black Yes, it's easier than I expected. A little trial-and-error if you want to have a table with images, but then the result is pretty clean. Enjoy.
