I am shutting down the puzzle

...it was one of my worst ideas, it was entirely too much. For the sake of completion,the answer to the puzzle was the Murkhill council of 5 as the number 5 was going to be the main clue. I am especially sorry@pennywise for ignoring you, that is not my way and I will happily answer any of your questions.please feel free to repost them. While I am at it, it has been decided I would end my time as mod, I really wasn't suited for it.
