Rules
Spells that are instants can be cast in reaction to foe's attacks and actions, duration for most is also instant . The mage protector is a standard wiz but w a special spell list, they are very restricted in what they can cast, in exchange for powerful protective spells
Other than what is listed here they can only cast protective and information gathering spells

Cantrips
Minor wind -1 to opponents die roll, instant, Not cumulative with other Mage-protector spells
Light Shield +2 AC for 3 rounds not cumulative with other Mage-Protector spells

Minor gust of wind -3, Subtracts from foes to hit after die is rolled
improved Shield AC as shield plus subtract 1 damage form all incoming attacks

L2 Gust of wind(instant) -5 to opponents roll to attack
preserve>Creates a barrier that absorbs all damage on the next incoming attack If It's 1 point or if it's 200 HP, lasts until triggered 10% chance per day that spell will be triggered by a small cut while cooking , stubs toe, etc.
minor gust of dust> instant, add 2 to saving throw after die is rolled

Gust of dust instant> +5 to spell save after die is rolled.
Minor wall of air> +2 to ac whole party
Thunder Storm>as fireball , except d4s and -2 to save
