FIREBALL L3 Wiz
As I walk through devastated landscape only one thought burns in my head. Revenge.I was a normal adventuring wizard, dungeon delving and putting out innocents fires. Ha, fire.After years of trying to find out what happened, the truth is unfolding for me, a second word has entered my vocabulary. Castinlig. a name put to the scorched earth. The one who did this.
He was too powerful and too greedy.He summoned the king of the djinn and a supposedly perfect wish w incredible power behind it. Fire ball now has a 100 mile radius and is locked at 7d6. I didn't know this when I cast it for the first time in days. My party was wiped out and I would have been too except my ring of total fire resistance saved me. But not my friends.
I scavenge for food and a potions, really all I can and have to do.I will find him.

Elvish Chaoservant
These 6' tall fey are only elven looking,they are in fact a separate version of fey. EHs are found in areas of great evil(like a liche or powerful orc warlord for example). They are constantly cleaning and and organizing in an infuriate way. In these endeavors they are maddening, causing there "owners" nothing but well intention-ed destruction.
These fey are also encountered in the empty lairs of evil beings and are constantly looking for new "owners" to help,rewarding information of new beings to bother.

Time Gait
L2 Time and Transmutation cast as a free action, allows the caster an extra move action that must be an actual move (not a concentration or other action) May not be combined w/ Fly, spider climb etc. casting two time spells in same round is always a BAD idea..... Soften
Mercy
L0 Metamagic this cantrip is consumed when cast This cantrip is cast with another spell making it a full round action, damage done is converted to subdual damage. save/DC is -1/+1

Sword Ghost
when a fire elemental that the caster has lost control of is killed by an intelligent sword there is a 15% chance the spirit of the elemental will take control of the sword. This suppresses all abilities of the sword and also suppress the swords will. Instead of what it did before , the ghost can make a melee attack at the wielder numbers for a d8 damage(In addition to the melee attack of he sword owner). Remove Curse is the only remedy.

This was designed to be a solo game for one L7 mage. It can be used as an ending for he dm's world or just used from scratch. one of the things I suggest is using a 7th stat , sanity. The result of being one of the last living beings is unhinging, Ghosts haunt your dreams and even appear in the waking world and they want revenge. The deaths of all these peeps is unhinging for the strongest of mages

War Sprites gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=174955Before The Burning, the sprites kept tothemselves in happiness w nature. that all changed once the fireballs started coming. They can't tell one humanoid from another and they are trying to kill the few survivers Sprite Swarm 7HD 25% magic resistant/ take 1/2 damge from melee attacks and imune to missle weopan attacks damage 2d6 the swarm will cast a random mage spell of 1-3 level and make a mele attack

They do not mate, they do not feed they only kill. Nothing is more ferocious But they do have a weakness: they have no resistance to poison and do not get a saving throw vrs it, and suffer full effect immediately.the formula to create them died w the maker, the first victum of these fiends. HD 20 damage of 4d6 AC of 2 move of 30 +4 on all saves other than poison(see above)

the Burned
These are very common in the remaining wilderness. These are animals with several hit die that have been on the outskirts of several Fireballs(where damage is greatly reduced) and have been repeatedly burned. They are in extraordinary pain and in a rage. Battles between these are common. Th out. commonly they are at 1/2 hit points andreduced ac and +4/+4 from a barbarian like rage.
