...Yorkshire Pudding. It's interesting stuff. We're not sure how well we like it but we're gonna try again. They are OK, but if you tweak it to your own taste they are great. In our case we use some diced Jalapeño's, more egg and a little less flour. |

I went by the recipe I found first run. My stepdaughter suggested to mix some meat in with the batter or use more drippings. Both are a good idea.
BTW, just realized I posted this in the wrong forum....
