Nor did I, it would have been good to have had an opportunity to play a wider variety of games.

Bitd I played a lot of Risk with one group of guys and then with my other *group of friends I played D&D. (Another group I played cards with Euchre, Spades, Hearts, Pinochle and Bridge.) We won't talk about that fourth group. I have always liked a lot about Palladium Fantasy and have borrowed ideas from it. *In college oddly enough I had four different groups of friends that I did things with and I was the only overlap between them. Looking back I still have no idea how that happened and I still keep up with people from two of them.

It's been forever since I played but we used to have some epic 6 player games back in the day! If Palladium would ever release a special hardback of the original PF rules for an anniversary or something I would pick that up in a heartbeat! The one softbound book that didn't make it through the ravages of time and play was that old black and red Palladium Fantasy core book BUT I'm not complaining. We got a ton of use out of that game. For the small investment I would have gladly replaced it and kept going if our game would have kept going. Unfortunately, we all split to go separate ways to college, the military, or whatever.

In college we took a piece of poster board and added a whole slew of Pacific Islands to the map and this made many more ways to attack Asia, Australia, North and South America. It completely changed the whole game and made it a challenge even for the best players.
