I'm not sure if this should go here or in the workshop, but its pretty much finished now. Here's my S&S rewrite of B2: Keep on the Borderlands, intended to get players to explore more of the wilderness map. I'm planning on running it this week as an introductory game. link

I have a map of the keep area done in hex style. It's not superb. I sure wish there was a great hex map of the keep to be found somewhere. Same goes for B5.

How did it go when you ran the introductory game and was it the start of an ongoing campaign? Do you have an update for us?

I've been doing a bit of work on B2, but in a totally different direction than this. The project has been on the back burner though, I've been busy with work and planting my summer garden.
The shrine of evil chaos is still moved across the river and the original caves house the castellan's tarn nests. I've got a bit of a spliced together DMG-Monastery/T1-Moathouse/Shrine-of-evil-chaos thing going on with totally redone maps I drew up using GIMP in the old blue ink style. I'll post some of it here later on maybe.

Here's the 100% zoom of the first level (you'll recognize part of the dmg sample dungeon), and 12% zoom view of the dungeon level above the shrine of evil chaos. Some of the "dead ends" are staircases down to caves full of humanoids, and the four central stairs lead down to the shrine itself. The interconnectivity is a bit hard to follow on that second map because a lot of the "crossroads" are actually tunnels running above/beneath each other, and a lot of the rooms with multiple doors are rooms with one or more bridges running across them. Some of the rooms you can't see at all on the screenshot because they are located directly above/below other rooms with stairways going up/down from the center of the room. I mapped the whole thing to make it easy for me to describe, but difficult for the players to map. Attachments:

That is pretty sharp, I like your style. One thing I do now and then is a corridor passes through another corridor but the don't touch or connect even though they occupy the same space. The players are walking in and out of other dimensions and they only realize it as they discover it through the mapping.
