I'm down to the last 60 pages of Howard's People of the Dark. I suspect I will finish it this weekend. I regret it's taken this long to read this book, but we've had unforeseen difficulties at work with not just the usual growing pains associated with launching a new model but with suppliers as well. It's been a true challenge. A change in my 2024 reading plan has popped up as well because I was gifted a copy of Dave Arneson's True Genius by Robert J. Kuntz. I'm reading it next instead of waiting to do it after the other planned books.

I'm reading it next instead of waiting to do it after the other planned books. I've completed Dave Arneson's True Genius and now I have moved on to The Forgetting Moon by Brian Lee Durfee. It's the first of his Five Warrior Angels trilogy. I found out about the series because I started following his YouTube book review channel. I find it very entertaining, so I decided to try his first offering in the fantasy fiction realm.

Love me some alternate history. Rereading Kirk Mitchell's "Procurator." Imagine if Rome never fell and began to develop industrial age technology...

Love me some alternate history. Rereading Kirk Mitchell's "Procurator." Imagine if Rome never fell and began to develop industrial age technology... Alternate history is fascinating to me! I've watched several movies and played some video games in the genre but actually read very little. I need to remedy that!
