Before yesterday my blog had 997 views and I logged in today to see that yesterday it had 11,032 views and so far today it has 51,012 views which is 62,044 views in a day and a half compared to 997 total views in the first two and a half years and that is unbelievable.
This maybe should not be posted here, but I had to write it down to make it real.

Hi Morgan! I first heard about your campaign through the DIY D&D crowd over on Google Plus. I posted a link to it on Reddit and it exploded, as you saw. Do you think you'd be up to doing an "Ask Me Anything" discussion on /r/DnD? I'm sure lots of people have questions about your campaign and your experience as a DM in general.

I had stopped posting on the blog because it was not being visited and had moved to this forum when it was created. I am now doing most of my posting here, but I am online very infrequently these days. I don't think I will be able to commit the time to /r/DnD; however, I will try to answer any questions that are posted here or at the blog and I will try to check messages more often at reddit. I would like to post a lot more about my campaign, but I am not as strong and vigorous as I once was. I will do my best to answer any questions that people have. People should also consider checking out this entire forum as it has a lot of good information and resources. The forum owner also has posted about his campaign and also has a blog with a lot of good information. Along with other campaigns that others have shared about. This forum in general is a great place to ask questions. This reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/4rpyl2/this_78yearold_guy_has_a_group_that_has_played/ Yes, this is what did it! Amazing! The blog is nearly to 70,000 total views as I write this.

Crimhthan The Great, this is really cool and please more posting. ludifex please note that among the membership at this forum we have multiple people that have played OD&D between 30-40+ years and it is a good place to ask people about how they run their campaigns and many other questions. Anyone that is interested in OD&D and/or old school gaming is welcome to join the conversation.

Which group are you referring to as the DIY D&D crowd over on Google Plus, I am not aware of any mentions of my campaign there, do you have a link? Feel free to "Ask Me Anything" here and then place a link on /r/DnD if you like.

Since I last updated this I am running a steady 200-350 views per day on the blog and one post in particular has +39 Google recommends and over 71,000 views. The blog as a whole is close to and should roll over 80,000 posts today. Very encouraging to an old man. I guess I had better work up some new posts.

Here almost two months later that link at reddit is still bringing my blog a steady 150 views a day. Odd that it really doesn't matter if I post anything new or not. They are only interested in that one post.
