I really liked the name Book of Barons, so you could name it: Campaign Aids and Inspirations aka Book of Barons: Designed for Use with the Perilous Realms Supplement; Being Generally Compatible with Original Edition Rules and their Various SimulacraJust sayin'! Sure, I read you. It's just that the Book of Barons section of the over-all document is only about, say 10% max. So it doesn't make that much sense to name it such. Perhaps it should receive its own special "digest sized" edition just for you, The Red Baron and jmccann!

Okay, so I went and looked back over my projects. Turns out the Space Opera Project was WAY closer to something complete than I had thought -- and certainly more so than the Campaign Aids document which is still very rough. So, contrary to hope and demand, I am turning attention to publishing the Space Opera document. I've changed the name: "Rockets and Ray Guns." I've asked help for illustrations in this thread: ruinsofmurkhill.proboards.com/thread/1045/illustrations-wanted-fantasy-space-supplementGood news -- my professional publication project is finally turned in! So I can think about my hobby again.

Ray-guns and Retrorockets is my Fantastic Space Opera Wargames Campaign setting. It would be a retro-supplement based entirely upon 0e but spun out into SPACE (echo). It is similar to but different from other similar offerings. I believe mine would wind up hewing the closest to 0e that I have seen so far. Perilous Realms is what my "Gonzoland" rules-lite ideas are evolving into. It is my retro-supplement where I smooth out of the rules for pick-up sessions and otherwise easy-going 0e campaigns where one can't assume folks meet with too much frequency. Ringmail is my homage to and playful combination of Chainmail and Little Wars. My boy and I play it with fair frequency. It is easy to play and a heck of a lot of fun. The Book of Barons is my homage to Delta's Book of War wherein I would give some rules for barony play based upon and extrapolated from the game itself and what I know of the medieval world. The point would be to support a true wargames (using either Chainmail or Delta's Book of War) campaign with the barony as the economic base for army-building and for the intrigue and politics leading to conflicts, etc. I did not give my high-fantasy, Christendom "Dun Kells" retro-supplement as an option, as I am still heavily play-testing it. tetramorph Where are you at on these projects? Is Perilous Realms available in pdf? It does not have to be free or you could put in on RPGNow as pay what you want. I was voting in the order Perilous Realms, then The Book of Barons and then Ray-guns and Retrorockets. I'd also love to have a copy of Dun Kells if you ever release it.

Tetramorph doesn’t come around here much anymore, but I play in his game here in Austin from time to time. If memory serves, he’s published his campaign booklet. I’m not at home right now, but when I get there I’ll check my files to see if I have it.

That's really a shame, tetramorph is a really good guy. Agreed. He’s just as nice face to face as he is online, too.

As previously noted above, tetramorph no longer frequents this forum and Admin Pete maybe could lock this thread and we could brainstorm and then start a poll on projects that members might want to work on and be interested in.

Start a brainstorming thread in General Discussion and after you have ideas then start a new poll. I will tend to this when I get a round tuit.

Don't lock it, let people keep voting. I wonder how many of these tetramorph got finished and how many of them are available and where?

MORE gonzo is always better. "Too much gonzo" is as illogical as "too much chocolate." I agree and Book of Barons.
