Friend Slayer Cobra
This snake has a highly unusual venom. If poison save is failed, the subject makes a melee attack on the thing(other than the cobra) that it can reach. The venom is highly sought after , resulting in the cobra's near extinction.
2 HD 2d4 damage plus poison above AC 19 or 2

Feeding them is no problem as there is a never ending supply of rats in the world.

The title made me think, Cobra's have friends? Then I read how it works.

I would add that the target of the venom attack someone or something other than the cobra, or the one who administers the venom.
