30 Dimensional Fatigue Events Our premise is that the following disaster happened and what kind of world or worlds could have or did result from this disaster. If there are (will be) multiple ideas, then additional threads World Ib, World Ic, etc can be created.

There is an example scenario, but don't let that limit your ideas, write your own scenario and rift off of that. This is a group brainstorming exercise so go for it.

There has been a disease outbreak but no one knows it yet because of the long incubation period during all of which people are infectious. Once the first death occurs followed rapidly by an exponential increase in deaths, virtually the whole population has been exposed. The death rate is 98%. This still leaves about 120,000,000 million people spread randomly around the world, but many are very old oddly enough and many are babies and children. Out of the 120,000,000 only about 5% are able to care for themselves and adapt to the new conditions without help or even help others. Over the next 6 months all of those who cannot survive without others to help them more than just watching their backs also die. That leaves about 6,000,000 people spread around the world in groups of 10-100 people and very few of them know how to grow food and have significant survival skills. Right now they are foraging and living off existing food stocks and the remaining usable items left behind by the dead. The survival rate over the following two years is only 10% reducing the population to 600,000 people randomly distributed and in groups of 10-40 people with a few groups that are larger.
This is your world, can you prevent total collapse into return of the stone age?
