Spinning off from the suggestion by PD in the other thread, since he is otherwise occupied with important things, I thought I would help him (and you) out by starting this thread since the 25th will be here before we know it. David A HargraveHis Wikipedia page is quite sparse.

The suggestion is for as many as possible to publish a blog post on the 25th (and then put the links here and then everyone share on their respective blogs links to the other posts) about Dave Hargrave and Arduin his home campaign. Down in the Arduin and the world of Khaas - Dave Hargrave Forum are posts some of which have links that will give ideas to write on. The web has precious little information and of course the company that owns the IP has went dark for the last several years and is not filling orders or responding to email or mail. A few times are available through OBS but the bulk of the published items are in limbo. If you plan to write a post please do two things 1. One is write a post and share it on the 25th of May. 2. Sometime this week post here that you are in AND on your blog let people know to check back on the 25th for the coming post Celebrating Dave Hargrave Day.

I don't have a blog in the traditional sense but will post to my Google+ page & relevant communities over there. Up Arduin!

Now I HAVE to write and post something, somewhere, if only to rebut some once-common complaints that Dave never really showed us a detailed world of Arduin. Of course he didn't. We were never supposed to use someone else's world, definitely not a store-bought maps-included world. I doubt even Dave knew much more about his game world than his players did - as they discovered it for their adventures and Dave's - and ours.

I am on board with posting a tribute to Paul Mosher as part of or even a separate post.

A little more information about The Vaults of the Weaver which was mentioned above. Paul Mosher was the co-author and responsible for this item being published.

I might contribute in some fashion but since I am a complete noob concerning anything Arduin & Hargrave related I am not sure what kind of contribution I can make. If I do type something up I'll likely post it on my Hooli-Geek blog as it isn't an OD&D game, yes I know it grew out of it but I want to keep my Original Edition blog OD&D (& its clones) specific. I'll need to go through these links and my PDFs and see what I can come up with.
What I can say is that like Hargrave I tend towards the Gonzo, mixing science fiction with my fantasy - though not exactly the way he did. I don't want to ape Arduin in my revisions - but from what little I know of his setting I really dig it.

If you do, I would just pick out something you really like and write about that with a nod to Dave and to his friend Paul. That is what I am planning on doing.
