en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TalismanThe High Lords Luck Cloud Walking Swimming Dragon Speak Shape Change Moon Sight Fast Run Hangover Protection Seduction (woo hoo!) I've always liked the idea of enchanted items more than spells, wands, staves, rings. The more unusual the better. Not all such items need be found as in the link. Imagine picking up what appears to be a wooden sword, thinking it just a child's toy, only to discover it has special powers. Or an animal's tooth. Or a plumber's helper! whatever. For that purpose, I have started this list. I do not know what powers the items possess; use as desired. Add to the list. Let's have fun.

Amulet of Cloud Walking
This device, when worn around the neck, enables the wearer to walk upon clouds as if they are on solid ground. Any breaks, holes or rips in the clouds will cause the wearer to fall to his or her certain death if stepped into. Should the device come loose (the clasp undone, the chain breaks, etc.) from the wearer, they will immediately fall to the ground below sustaining what damage the referee determines, unless certain death is imminent. (Note: It does not convey the same ability to walk upon fog above the ground or water.) The affect will last until the device is removed. It has no affect when worn while standing walking running on the ground!
The amulet appears as a large, clear diamond set into a round, silver (coin sized) disc, attached to a silver chain (22" to 26") that clasps behind the wearer's neck. It can be worn by any humanoid creature or some animals as long as the chain can encircle the wearer's neck.
There is little information regarding the manufacturing source behind this device. It is rumored that it originated within the Cloud Giant community, to allow trade with earth dwellers. Thus the item was generally used by merchant lords, tinkers and such, but not circulated among the general populace; making it appear rarer than it actually was.
More if I think of anything.
