The Kickstarter is live at BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules KickstarterI will move this once the Kickstarter is over. I will be putting my pledge in when I get home from work. Well it took me a few days, but I have it in now.

Dammit, we're over half-way through the stretch goals already! What am I going to do when people start clamouring for extra rewards?

To be serious, though, I'll be very careful about adding additional stretch goals. I'm more concerned with getting this thing done and dusted and moving on to supporting material like sub-classes, adventures, and reference tables.

We're well on the way to Stretch Goal #4, which is the spot art - if we manage to hit that, all the interior art is covered. There is only one more stretch goal after that, a set of 6 illustrated character sheets to cover all the traditional classes (generic, cleric, fighter, magic-user, fighting mage, and thief). James V. West does some cool illustrated character sheets.

"Maester" pledge levels for the hardback are almost gone - these are ultra-cheap and won't be repeated. Still some "Journeymanne" levels left for the softcover. Once these are gone there are other options, but they will be at higher pledge levels to stop me from going too far into the red.

I'm adding a new stretch goal - a set of <ahem> "ready reference sheets" called the Referee Repository. What do you think should go in there? And don't say "Women's Disposition Tables".

I would start with using the ready reference sheets from OD&D and Holmes D&D and then add anything that you think is missing. I am not thinking of anything off the top of my head.

I have this shiny new pdf that I am reading through and it is pretty nifty indeed. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like with all of the art.

However, I am kicking around some ideas for a supplement that I will share with you when they are more developed.

As of this moment you are at $4137 US which if my math is right is about HK$ 32,660. Is that right? So you are about HK$ 2340 or about $296 US$ away from the goal for the reference sheets.

Yeah, looks like another stretch goal coming up. Haven't decided between another 10 pages of illustrated reference sheets, or some assorted monster & treasure encounters.

Make it at say $50,000 HK$ and a variety of encounter tables for dungeons and for wilderness (desert, mountains, forest, plains, savannah, swamp, etc) or you could use it for money for more art to put in a supplement that would inlcude a variety of things about which I willl pm you soon.

They don't like me over there, so my posting there is no an option. But hopefully many other people will. I did post to my blog this on the 12th. Don't know why it took so long to think of it. BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules Kickstarter I just quoted the first part of the kickstarter to create the interest to check it out. I reshare it a couple of times a day on Google+ to my circles(4600 people), extended circles and to the public.

I reshared this morning on G+ with the following comment. Although I am primarily an OD&D ref and player, I am also a fan of Holmes D&D which is the basic levels 1-3 introduction to D&D. This product extends that to levels 1-20, a great fresh take on an old gem.

I see the Referee Repository (illustrated reference sheets) has funded over the weekend!

It has, indeed! The Explorer's Encounters - kind of a Monster & Treasure & NPC & Traps & Tricks Assortment - is next on the list. And just in case we break through that one in the next couple of weeks, I'm readying a City of Blueholme map and guide as Stretch Goal #8.

Vile Traveller, how is this going? Do you have all of the art lined up? Just waiting on the artists to produce it, I assume? What is the timeline you have set for yourself, if you are of a mind to share it?

The Kickstarter finishes on 4 May. I hear it takes 2 weeks to transfer the funds. Once they have cleared, I'll give the final brief to the artists, they're all lined up and have a good idea what's expected. I expect the PDF to be finished and published in July or August, depending on how fast the art comes in. I'll leave the PDF out there for a while to catch any remaining errata, then send out the PoD copies around Xmas to New Year time (maybe earlier, depends how much errata comes in). Thanks for asking, Mighty Darci.

I surely hope that Autocorrect changed "May" to "March" because I can't wait that long.

Well, the stretch goals are not that far apart, so "really close to the next goal" is actually very similar to "just over the last one" ...

Yes, and I think I'm going to leave it at that. I don't want to over-commit. I'm more than happy with how it's gone, and I want the backers to be happy with timely delivery.
